American Golf has recently recruited its first On Course Foundation member.  Rick Webb, who was injured whilst serving in Afghanistan, joined the team in Basingstoke and has been working in store on a part-time basis.

American Golf has been working closely with the charity to create work and placement opportunities for wounded, sick and injured service personnel across the business.

Speaking about his placement Rick said, “over the last year, the On Course Foundation has helped me and my family no end.  This placement with American Golf is just the latest example of the important work that the OCF does to support its members and give Servicemen like me the opportunity to try different careers in golf.”
